Does the $50 payment secure my cabin?
No. Your $50 per-person payment goes toward your Red Summer trip balance, but it does not secure, hold, confirm, or assign a cabin. The full 20% cabin deposit must be received before your reservation can be confirmed with Virgin Voyages.
When is my cabin confirmed?
Your cabin is confirmed after Beyond Travel receives the full 20% cabin deposit and completes your reservation with Virgin Voyages. Until then, cabin pricing and availability remain live.
Are flights included?
No. Airfare is not included in the listed cruise pricing. Beyond Travel will publish flight recommendations when suitable options become available and can help coordinate your travel plans. Travelers are responsible for arriving in Athens in time for embarkation and arranging transportation home after the voyage.
Can Beyond Travel help with hotels and transfers?
Yes. Beyond Travel is available to help coordinate transfers to and from the cruise port, along with pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel accommodations. Hotel recommendations will be released after booking. Airfare, transfers, and hotel accommodations are separate from the published cruise fare unless specifically added to your reservation.
Can solo travelers join?
Absolutely. Red Summer is a strong fit for solo travelers, with solo-friendly cabin options and opportunities to connect onboard. The listed Insider single-occupancy rate reflects the Solo Insider cabin.
Can I request a roommate?
Beyond Travel does not offer roommate matching at this time. Solo travelers are welcome and may choose from the available single-occupancy cabin options.
Are there assigned dining times?
No. Dining is designed to be flexible, with no traditional assigned seating time.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal cruise dress code. Guests can dress for the day, the night, and their own style.
Are alcoholic drinks included? Does Virgin Voyages offer drink packages?
Sodas and standard non-pressed juices are included, along with still and sparkling water, tea, and drip coffee. Alcoholic beverages and premium drinks are not included in the voyage fare. Instead of a traditional unlimited drink package, Virgin Voyages offers an optional prepaid Bar Tab. It can be used for alcoholic drinks and premium non-alcoholic choices such as fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, mocktails, and specialty coffees. Bar Tab offers and bonus credits may change before departure.
Is triple occupancy available?
Triple occupancy is not shown in the public pricing table, but it may be quoted by request based on current cabin availability.
What happens if pricing changes before I pay the full deposit?
